Your rental package includes the equipment your event needs, delivery to the venue, setup, live technical support, teardown, and headset collection after the event. An on-site technician stays with the setup, monitors the audio, and helps address issues before they reach your attendees.
Before the event, our team reviews your venue layout, AV setup, language count, schedule, and audience size. For complex room plans, we can install and test the system the day before the event, then run a sound check before the first session begins.

After the event, we collect the headsets, tear down the equipment, and remove it from the venue. If you need post-event files, Capital Linguists can also produce optional recordings and transcriptions and support medical translation services for event materials, transcripts, or attendee documents.
