Our telephone interpreting services, called Over the Phone Interpreting (OPI) are surprisingly affordable. Each call interpreted is billed by the minute.
Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) and ASL (American Sign Language)
Videoconference calls are also supported, and speaking of video calls, American Sign Language (ASL) is a must on today’s social services landscape. We provide convenient on-demand ASL services through the CL VRI platform. All major spoken languages are also available.
You’ll receive a monthly invoice that you can customize. When they call, each of your staff is asked a brief question, such as his/her name, extension, or employee ID. Your bill will reflect a line item for each call interpreted, with the identifying information, the language, and cost to you. This can be customized to meet your requirements.
